This product is available for pre-order ahead of our official launch. By placing your order, you acknowledge that this is a pre-order and that your order will not be dispatched before our official launch date in September. From your order being despatched, please allow a two-week window for delivery.
Should the launch date change due to any unforeseen circumstances and you do not wish to proceed with your order, you are eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Limited stock is available, so by placing a pre-order, you’re securing your product before it sells out.

Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at team@curlcombo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs if they decide they would like to return an item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened and used where the customer is unhappy with the product or it is not to their preference.
If the product is found to be defective, this will be treated separately and an appropriate solution will be provided where applicable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
